一、会议概况
“数字化与区域经济发展”（Digitalization and Regional Economic Development）国际研讨会由437437必赢国际、辽宁大学经济学部联合SSCI期刊Journal of International Trade & Economic Development（《国际贸易与经济发展杂志》）共同主办，将于2026年10月23–25日在中国重庆市437ccm必赢国际（南岸校区）召开。
二、会议主题
本次会议聚焦数字化时代背景下，各国（地区）如何依托区域贸易与国际贸易深化经贸联结、促进协同发展，诚邀海内外学者围绕但不限于以下议题投稿：
1、 数字化、区域贸易与全球价值链重塑
2、 数字经济、绿色贸易与低碳转型发展
3、 跨境电商与数字服务贸易创新
4、 数字化赋能高水平对外开放与区域协作机制
5、 数字化驱动中国中西部地区经贸高质量发展
6、 数字化与城市群、都市圈协同治理及发展
三、投稿要求
论文须为原创未公开发表作品，严守学术规范；
优先考虑采用高质量微观/宏观数据、运用严谨实证方法，且基于事实证据提出可操作政策建议的研究；
请提交英文全文或扩展摘要（扩展摘要不少于800字，需包含研究背景、核心方法、主要结论与创新点等）；

Call for Papers
International Symposium on Digitalization and Regional Economic Development
October 23–25, 2026, Chongqing, China
1. Overview
The International Symposium on Digitalization and Regional Economic Development is jointly organized by the School of Economics at Chongqing Technology and Business University, the School of Economics at Liaoning University, and the Journal of International Trade & Economic Development. It will be held at Chongqing Technology and Business University (Nan'an Campus) in Chongqing, China, from October 23 to 25, 2026.
2. Conference Theme
This symposium aims to explore how economies deepen economic and trade linkages and promote coordinated development through regional and international trade in the context of digitalization. We welcome submissions related to, but not limited to, the following topics:
1) Digitalization, regional trade, and global value chain (GVC) restructuring
2) Digital economy, green trade, and low-carbon transition
3) Cross-border e-commerce and digital services trade innovation
4) Digitalization, high-level opening-up, and regional cooperation
5) Digitalization and high-quality economic and trade development in Central and Western China
6) Digitalization and coordinated governance and development of urban agglomerations and metropolitan areas
3. Submission Guidelines
Submissions must be original, unpublished work and comply with academic integrity standards.
Priority will be given to papers that employ high-quality micro/macro datasets; apply rigorous empirical/analytical methods; and provide evidence-based, actionable policy recommendations.
Please submit either a full English manuscript or an extended abstract (minimum 800 words, including research background, methodology, key findings, contributions, etc.). Attachments should include detailed contact information (phone number, email address) and your updated academic CV.

5. Publication & Fees
Following the journal’s standard peer-review process, selected papers meeting the publication criteria will be considered for publication in the SSCI-indexed Journal of International Trade & Economic Development.
There is no registration fee for this symposium. Participants are responsible for their own travel, meal, and accommodation expenses.
